Sheaf Supported Housing is a dedicated provider of supported housing services in South Yorkshire. We are committed to empowering vulnerable adults, fostering their integration into mainstream society by offering safe and secure accommodations coupled with tailored support programs.

 Our focus extends to a diverse range of individuals, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, prison leavers, individuals with mental health challenges, physical disabilities, care leavers, survivors of domestic abuse and trafficking, and adults at risk.

The complex needs and personal hurdles faced by our clients often lead to difficulties in finding a secure and nurturing home. These challenges encompass leaving care, fractured family dynamics, mental health requirements, displacement, trauma, probation, and exclusion from employment and educational opportunities.
